  • Shortly after your arrival, you’ll be immersed in your accelerated educational journey–completing required coursework, meeting fellow classmates from around the world, and gaining valuable experience through clinical practice. Within 12 months, you will successfully complete your degree program.

  • With a rich 16-year career in nursing spanning various disciplines, Jason continues to actively practice in primary care. His extensive experience includes an 11-year tenure as a nursing educator at the University of Vermont, where he also served as Vice Chair/Director of the Undergraduate Nursing Program. Throughout his career, Jason has demonstrated a commitment to advancing nursing through research and scholarship. His areas of focus include nursing education, professional workforce development in nursing, and health promotion among older adults. He has shared his expertise at numerous national and international conferences and has contributed to peer-reviewed publications, including book chapters on innovations in nursing pedagogy.

    Currently serving as the faculty liaison for the Dartmouth Centers for Health and Aging, Jason also chaired the Gerontological Nursing Board Certification Content Expert Panel. He serves in advisory roles on both the Forbes Education Advisory Board and the Forbes Medical Advisory Board

    At inSpring, Jason’s primary objective is to contribute to the global growth, diversification, and advancement of professional nursing practice. He resides in Vermont with his wife and two children. 

  • Based out of Los Angeles, Sabrina has wealth of knowledge and experience in immigration and the international student experience. Growing up with parents who immigrated to the US from Poland, the topic of immigration has always been personal to her.

    Sabrina previously worked as a Designated School Official (DSO)/International Student Coordinator where she helped more than 4,500 international students from over 100 countries study in the US and navigate the US immigration system. Sabrina also worked at a top international immigration law firm where she gained specialized knowledge of US immigration policies, processes, and procedures. She has lived/studied in Portugal, Spain, France, Morocco, and the Netherlands, directly experiencing the nuances and difficulties faced when living in a country other than your own.

    Through her personal and professional experience, she has developed a deep empathy and understanding of the international student and immigrant experience and is excited to bring her expertise to inSpring’s candidates and clients.

  • Residing in the heart of Central Florida, Adrian has spent his career in the OPM, EdTech, and workforce development space guiding individuals across the bridges towards their success.  

    Adrian’s professional background includes program management, enrollment management, people operations, and execution of strategic initiatives. Having excelled in delivering customer satisfaction and retention, operational efficiency, and revenue growth, he has worked in multiple leadership roles.  

    Adrian’s passion stems from personal and professional journeys, fueling his belief that education and opportunity can create lasting, transformative change across generations. He is excited to bring his expertise to inSpring’s candidates and clients.
